Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to bookings and stays at Quartz Reef Motel, 35 Reef St, Maldon, Victoria 3463, Australia.
Bookings
A valid credit card is required to secure any booking. Room types are allocated based on availability at the time of confirmation.
Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in is from 2pm; earlier arrivals may be possible on request. Guests planning to arrive after 7:30pm should call ahead to arrange access.
Cancellation policy
Bookings cancelled 5 or more days before arrival are not charged. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival incur a fee of 30% of the total booking value. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the booking value.
House rules
All rooms are non-smoking. Pets may be considered on request and are subject to approval before booking. Use of the pool and BBQ area is at guests' own risk.
